Introducing the 2nd generation ‘Alpha’ Motorcycle Jacket from Akin – The perfect fusion of style and protection.
We’ve spent countless hours testing this jacket all over the world. From the beautiful coastline of Australia, to the world’s highest roads in the Himalayas, the Alpha Jacket has been our go-to jacket for all round adventure.
It’s robust outer shell is constructed of 600D Cordura® which provides superior resistance to abrasion and harsh weather conditions. For added protection, we’ve designed the jacket to be 100% compatible with body armour inserts for the back, shoulders and elbows (sold separately). NEED ARMOUR? CLICK HERE.
It’s the small details that make this jacket unique and perfect for riders. We’ve used a classic velcro cuff closure on the pre-curved sleeves, but added an additional hidden ‘wind-blocker’ cuff inside the sleeve to reduce the amount of wind that gets in. The internal pockets are water resistant to protect your wallet, phone or other ‘valuables’. We’ve also re-designed the back vents to you can open/close them while riding.
Combine this with high quality leather trims, premium YKK hardware and a removable hood and you’ve got the perfect all-round motorcycle jacket.
If you have any questions about the Alpha Jacket please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll be talking directly with the person who designed + tested the jacket, so they should be able to answer any of your questions! Don’t be shy!
