G'Day! We're Akin Moto.
Akin Moto (pronounced Ah-Kin) was founded in Australia in 2018 by Max Duff, a rider and designer with decades of experience and a lifetime love for two wheels. After growing up on BMX and dirtbikes, Max eventually discovered road bikes, and quickly realised something was missing.
There wasn’t much riding gear that looked like everyday streetwear and offered real protection when things got sketchy. The gear he wanted didn’t exist, so he decided to design his own.

Akin Moto is dedicated to creating motorcycle gear for riders who expect more from what they wear. Our focus is simple: design products that protect, look good, feel great, and perform when it matters most.
Every piece of Akin Moto gear is designed from scratch and shaped by real-world testing. Long days on the road, cold mornings in the mountains, dusty track sessions, and late-night city rides.
From Mountain peaks to City Streets - We refine, rebuild, and retest until each product meets our standard for comfort, durability and protection.
