Do you even ride a bike?
Yes. We LOVE motorcycles and we love riding them. All types. All the time.
 
Where are you located?
We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia.
 
Do you have a physical store so I can try on your products?
Unfortunately we don’t. However, we are here to answer any sizing questions you have, and will do whatever it takes to make sure you choose the right size.
 
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. We offer discounted shipping rates to almost every country in the world. Check out our shipping information page to learn more.
 
Do you have a size chart?
Yes, we want to make sure you choose the perfect size.
 
Check out our size charts, displayed on each of our product pages — you will find all the information to ensure our product fits perfectly and looks great. We’ve also made some instructional videos showing you the best way to measure yourself.
 
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order BUT only if your order has not been shipped. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately with a clear subject line (eg: CANCEL MY ORDER or CHANGE MY ORDER).
 
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes. Every order we send will come with a tracking number.
 
Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. Please note there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Exchanges are subject to stock availabilities. Any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
