Australian orders should be received within 1 – 3 business days. If you still have not received your purchase after this time, please notify info@akinmoto.com.

All Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post Express Parcel service.

RETURNS INFO:

­Not stoked on your new Akin product? Picked the wrong size? No worries!

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. Please note there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Exchanges are subject to stock availabilities. Any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.

If you would like to return an item please contact customer service at: info@akinmoto.com. Please be sure to include your full name, order number, which products you’d like to return and the reason why you want to return the product/s.

We will work with you to come up with a solution. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at info@akinmoto.com and we will work with you on tailored return solution. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.
