  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as Akin Moto is only charging the transportation fee for your order to your shipping address.
  • These charges will typically be due once your parcel arrives at customs for the country of destination and are charged by the government of the country in which you live.
  • As each country varies, we strongly recommend researching any import taxes, duties or VAT for your country before placing your order as these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Picked the wrong size? No worries! We accept size exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition as received, unworn and with tags. Please note there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice after an order has been processed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return for Credit

If you are not satisfied with any item that you receive from us, and a size exchange is not a suitable solution, please let us know as soon as possible. We may receive the item back for a store credit of the purchase price at our discretion. All returns for credit must meet the same conditions as any return for exchange.


Condition and Packaging of returned items

Any items returned must be in the same condition as purchased with original tags and packaging, and must be undamaged and unmarked.

In the event that the product has been used for periods longer than trying on, then no replacement, credit, or refund will be provided, except at our discretion.



If you have placed a new order with us and wish to cancel your order before it is shipped we will provide you with a full refund, provided that we receive notice of the cancellation of your order before we have begun processing your order (before we’ve begun to pick, pack and organise shipment of your order). If we have already started processing your order, then we are unable to provide any refund, unless otherwise agreed upon at our discretion.

Refunds will not be available in any other circumstances.
