Akin is dedicated to great customer service and we are focused on getting orders to our customers as quickly as possible - We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days.

Australian orders should be received within 1-3 business days from shipment date. If you still have not received your purchase after this time, please notify support@akinmoto.com.

All Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post Express Parcel service.

All international postage costs are calculated at checkout and subject to your location, parcel size and the shipping service chosen. We will only ever charge you the exact shipping cost - We charge you what Australia Post charges us.

International taxes, duty charges and VAT

  • All international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or VAT depending on the laws and customs regulations of the destination country.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as Akin Moto is only charging the transportation fee for your order to your shipping address.
  • These charges will typically be due once your parcel arrives at customs for the country of destination and are charged by the government of the country in which you live.
  • As each country varies, we strongly recommend researching any import taxes, duties or VAT for your country before placing your order as these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS INFO:

Picked the wrong size? No worries! We accept size exchanges within 30 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. Please note there are no refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Exchanges are subject to stock availabilities. Any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return an item please contact customer service at: support@akinmoto.com. Please be sure to include your full name, order number, which products you’d like to exchange and the reason why you want to exchange the product/s.

We will work with you to come up with a solution. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend sending all parcels via a traceable service. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at support@akinmoto.com and we will work with you on tailored return solution. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.
