POSTAGE DELAYS

CANADA 🇨🇦:

Hey, Canada – we’ve hit a little roadblock. We're still unable to send new parcels to Canada due to the strike action with Canada Post, and all international shipments to Canada are still temporarily suspended as of November 27th, 2024.

We've been informed that the strike is over, however as Canada Post will be ramping up services from a standstill there likely will be delays into early 2025. We are awaiting confirmation from Australia Post on when we can resume sending parcels to Canada, but are expecting an update in the first few weeks of January.

We know this is a major bummer, especially for riders who are ready to gear up, but rest assured, we’ll be back on track as soon as Canada Post gets things sorted.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Any orders sent to Canada between November 4th and 26th are safe and secure with Canada Post, though tracking info may not be available for the time being.
• Once Australia Post confirms for us that Canada Post can start accepting new international mail, we’ll process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Just be aware there may be some delays while they catch up on the backlog.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we wait for things to get rolling again. Keep an eye on this page for updates—we’ll let you know as soon as shipping to Canada is back on the road!
