Hey USA legends - Great news, Australia Post has now resumed postal sending to the US and its overseas territories as of the Monday 22 September 2025.
Please note: under the new rules for shipments to the US, U.S. Customs & Border Protection requires that duties and taxes be collected on all goods before they can enter the country.
Duties are set by U.S. Customs and depend on what the product is and where it was made. The duty is a percentage of the product’s value, and sometimes government fees are added on top. The total you see and pay at checkout ensures no surprises when your order arrives.
We are working with Australia Post and Zonos to make this process as smooth as possible and include everything for you at checkout. Here's an example of what it will look like:
