Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Australia
Free Express Post on orders over $200.
$15 flat-rate Express Post on orders under $200.
We aim to get all orders out within 1–2 business days.
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. Delivery is generally 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and any carrier delays.

International
International shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size and chosen service.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by customs, local delivery networks and carrier delays.
Import duties, taxes, VAT and customs charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise shown at checkout.
We strongly recommend adding a contact phone number to your order in case the carrier or customs team needs to reach you.
Transit Cover
Transit Cover may be available at checkout for extra peace of mind. The available cover and cost will be shown during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Picked the wrong size? No worries.
We offer size exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability. For an exchange or store credit, items need to be returned in original, unused condition with tags, accessories and packaging included.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice, except where required by applicable consumer law.
To organise an exchange, store credit or return, email support@akinmoto.com with your name, order number, the item you would like to return and a quick note about what you need.
Return postage, exchange postage and any duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost on their way back to us.

Sale or promotional items are not eligible for voluntary exchanges or store credit, unless required by law.
Protective Motorcycle Gear
Most Akin Moto products are protective motorcycle gear, so please only try them on indoors, like you would in a store.
If you think you may need to return something, please do not ride in it, wear it outdoors, wash it, expose it to dirt, moisture, sweat or odour, remove protective films, or otherwise use it beyond a normal indoor try-on.
For voluntary exchanges and store-credit returns, we cannot accept gear that has been used beyond trying on, or where its safety history, condition or integrity can no longer reasonably be verified.
Faulty Products
Received something that is faulty? We’ll sort it out.
Email support@akinmoto.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a few photos where possible. We’ll come back to you as quickly as we can with the best next step.
Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer law.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order, without needing to give a reason.
To do this, email support@akinmoto.com or submit a request through your customer account before the 14-day period ends.
You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back. Return postage is your responsibility.
Once we receive the returned goods, or proof that they have been sent back, we will refund the order value and the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a premium shipping option, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery option only.
You are welcome to inspect and try on protective gear indoors. However, if an item has been ridden in, used, damaged, dirtied, exposed to sweat or moisture, or otherwise handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect its actual reduced value.
Any deduction will be assessed case by case.
