Put them on in the morning, ride to the jobsite fully protected, remove the knee armour without taking the pants off, put in a full day’s work, then slide the armour back in and ride home. Best pants for comfort and safety + Rugby thighs

These have been the most comfortable and safe pants I have purchased to date. Excellent materials, well made and locally designed. Perfect for the office, on a job site or just a casual ride. Very well done Grant and the Akin moto team for catering to the whole riding community. Even fits well for those with larger thighs from sport! Looking forward to more colourways, best pants I’ve worn.

Akin THE GOAT

(Mouthfull coming up) These pants are straight up unbeatable. I have never personally found anything like it online or anywhere in South Oz. These have the features I've wanted always wanted as a daily rider. Those being cuffed ankles to go over my boots, endless pockets and belt loops. I've found pants with these features, but never all 3. I should count myself very lucky as these pants actually spawned from my idea and an email chain with Grant back in 2024 I believe.

The quality as always with Akin is superior to anything out there. A LOT of brands say designed by riders for riders. Then they do dumb things and put steel zips on your wrists with no way to stop that giant zip from flapping around in the wind or slapping your tank when you fuel up. Akin however truly do think about all the tiny little annoyances that a rider may deal with in other brands gear and properly perfect there's.

The pockets. Cannot tell you grateful I am that there are heaps of pockets on this rather than 2 giant ones that equate to a females purse and you gotta pull everything out for the one little thing you're looking for. Not to mention the way the pants fit, the pockets don't dangle off of the actual pants themselves. Also zips and velcro to keep your valuables safe!

I've crashed in Akin pants before (stealth jeans) I was unscathed, and am certain I'd have the same result with these pants.

These pants along with the rest of Akin's gear, will protect you while not being encumbersome. Any of their gear, take the armor out and you've got a wicked piece of everyday clothing if you wish.

Enough of the mouthfull. Akin is the GOAT and wish em a successful and long future as I'm only 25 so gonna need them to keep making motorbike gear until I can't physically ride.

Comfortable and breathable

They look great, feel really sturdy and protective, all while staying light and comfy! I've been riding in them from 35 degrees down to about 15 degrees and they've been great in all conditions so far, definitely recommend!
