Constructed from high quality goat leather, the ‘Diamond’ gloves feature a slim ‘second-skin’ fit that is designed to be as tight as possible without restricting movement. The mid-weight leather provides excellent abrasion resistance while still maintaining Akin Moto’s signature grip and lever feel.
After months of testing, we decided to upgrade the thumb panel to feature 4-way stretch fabric – it's a small detail that makes a huge difference in the comfort department.

Got these during Black Friday sale. I guess I can't complain for 50% off. Went by the sizing guide and measured in-between medium and large so I went with a medium. They're slightly big - wonder if I could've gotten away with size small. Description says constructed of premium goat leather but it feels and smells like PU leather (artificial leather). Unsure of the protection these would offer in a fall/slide but given the thin construction it would be bare minimum in my opinion. I've got gloves in other brands such as Pando, Dainese, RS Taichi and Alpinestars and would rank these on the bottom of fit and construction. Beautiful design though, nonetheless.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m really sorry to hear the gloves didn’t land the way you hoped, especially after following the sizing guide.
Just to give you some clarity around the materials - we use genuine leather in all of our gloves wherever it’s stated. There are some synthetic elements used in the overall build, like the textile trims and the AX Connect touch screen fingertips, but anything we list as leather construction is absolutely genuine and not artificial.
I appreciate the feedback on the fit and feel as well. We take this kind of input seriously, and it helps us refine things moving forward.

Bought my Blips before this. Sadly, I lost it with only a few months in :(
The gloves is thinner compared to the Blip gloves which is not a bad thing because it suits the climate in my country better. You can size down on these.
I like the touch panel on this because they seem sturdier than the Blip gloves which peel off easily after a month of use.
I love my Blips but this just feels right at home.

You're spot on — the Diamonds are a bit thinner and more breathable, which makes them a solid choice for warmer climates. We also appreciate the feedback on the touch panel durability; it's something we've been working on improving, so it's great to hear it's paying off.

I’ve ridden about 300 miles so far with these gloves. My only complaint is that they don’t come in a bigger size. I usually wear 3XL-4XL depending on brand but I liked the look of these gloves so I decided to give them a shot. They are too small for me but I’m hoping they will stretch with a few more miles. I gave 5 stars because the overall quality seems to be very good so far, even with my big mits stretching them to the limit. Haha

Perfect gloves, I followed the recommended size and they are fine, it's like a second skin, I hate it when finger movements are limited, with these gloves it's like having nothing
