Introducing the Defender Motorcycle Hoodie - a pullover hoodie built to protect. Taking inspiration from our popular zip-thru Vanguard Hoodie, the Defender strips things back for riders who want maximum comfort, zero fuss, and serious protection.
Crafted from our single-layer ‘PowerFleece’, a unique blend of soft fleece and genuine DuPont™ Kevlar® fibres, the Defender delivers casual comfort with CE ‘AA’-rated abrasion resistance. Tested to EN 17092-1:2020 standards, it offers a minimum slide distance of 31 metres at 75 km/h, giving you the confidence to ride without compromise.
While it looks and feels like a regular hoodie, this is purpose-built motorcycle gear. Pair it with our CE Level 2 Zeus Pro Armour (shoulders, elbows, back – sold separately) for enhanced impact protection and a setup ready for the open road.

Why don’t you sell the Defender Hoodie with armour included?
Our customers' safety is our top priority, but we recognise that not every rider desires armour. By offering the Defender Hoodie without armour, we ensure fair pricing for those who either prefer to ride without it or already possess their own set. This approach allows riders the flexibility to choose what works best for them.
Is this single-layer hoodie better than a traditional motorcycle hoodie with a Kevlar lining?
We believe the Defender Hoodie offers superior benefits. While it achieves CE ‘AA’ levels of abrasion resistance without a traditional Kevlar lining, it excels in comfort as well. The single-layer design reduces bulk, enhancing overall wearability and comfort for the rider.
Which back protector is compatible with the Defender Hoodie?
The Defender Hoodie is designed to accommodate our Large Size Zeus Pro Back Protector. Please ensure you select the large size for optimal fit and protection.
*The best way to find out your size is to measure a hoodie you already own, and that fits the way you want while on your bike (factoring in any garments you wish to layer underneath). Lay your hoodie flat on a table, and measure the chest, making sure to go from side seam to side seam (near the armpit like in the photo below). It's very important that you reach the seam join on each side, even if you have to bend a little around the sides of the jacket. Compare your measurement to the size chart above.
In-between sizes and prefer a relaxed/baggy fit? Go for the larger size.
